Before you Begin
In order for you to send from an alias email, you must meet these requirements:
- A request to enable the Send From Alias feature to Chat Tech Solutions.
- The alias must exist under your Microsoft 365 account.

Follow the Instructions that best match your Outlook interface.
Outlook - Modern (Windows and Web)
1. Start composing a new message by clicking the New message button
2. When the new message compose window opens, select Show From in the […] menu
3. If you see the alias on the dropdown list, select that email address. If you have not sent from an email alias before, click Other email address. If you had to type in the email address, make sure that the email alias already exists on your account or you will get an error when trying to send
4. After entering the email address, complete and send the message as normal
Outlook - Classic (Windows)
1. Start composing a new message by clicking the New message button
2. When the new message compose window opens, Open the Options tab and select … → Show From
3. If you see the alias on the dropdown list, select that email address. If you have not sent from an email alias before, click Other Email Address. If you had to type in the email address, make sure that the email alias already exists on your account or you will get an error when trying to send
4. After entering the email address, complete and send the message as normal
